The 2012 Review is a long standing commitment to assess the effectiveness of the Government’s current approach to achieve greenhouse gas emission reductions from English agriculture.
Please see the 2012 Review Terms of Reference for further details on the overall aims and objectives of the review.
The review worked collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to generate better evidence of the position reached, work which has now been completed.
The final report of the 2012 review is not the last word on the approach to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture. We look forward to continue working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to explore the findings of this review, share wider evidence and continue to refine our existing approach.
