Procurement complaints
If you have concerns about a specific procurement, contact the commercial lead identified in your tender documentation.
If you feel you have been treated unfairly during a procurement process, or if you’re concerned about late payment, you can use the free Public Procurement Review Service.
If you’re a small business, you can raise payment complaints directly with the independent Small Business Commissioner (OSBC).
