We carry out and commission surveys on the use of our digital services and customer satisfaction.

Why we carry out research

We use the information you provide us with to:

  • assess how well we are delivering our services
  • gain insight on what changes you would like made to our existing services
  • develop new services you would like us to provide

All the information you supply when completing a survey will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in line with our privacy statement.

Companies House staff survey results

In October 2015 Companies House employees were asked to participate in a Civil Service wide survey to measure employee engagement within the organisation. We achieved an overall engagement score of 60%.
