Windrush Alliance UK CIC grading under review

The regulator is currently investigating matters which may impact on the provider’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.

The Regulator of Social Housing reports that Windrush Alliance UK Community Interest Company has been placed on its gradings under review list today (Friday 30 June 2023).

At the time of the last Statistical Data Return, the provider had fewer than 1,000 social homes and therefore does not have a current published regulatory grading/judgement.

The regulator is currently investigating matters which may impact on Windrush Alliance UK Community Interest Company’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
