Upload bigger plans when using our online services
Increased file size limit for any supporting plans customers attach to online applications for a SIM or OS2.
We have increased the file size limit for any supporting plans that customers attach to online applications for a ‘Search of the Index Map (SIM)’, or ‘Official Search of Part of the Land in a Registered Title (with Priority) (OS2)’.
Customers can now attach and upload plans that are up to 10 MB when they submit these applications via the portal or Business Gateway.
Customers often attach a plan to help us find a specific piece of land or property, and they asked us to increase the limit from 1MB because plans can be large and complex files.
Increasing the file size limit of SIM and OS2 applications brings these services in line with the file size limit for customers who upload applications with our electronic Document Registration Service (e-DRS).
