Technical support extended for Charity Commission forms
New ‘call back’ service for technical problems with a charity annual return, registration application or other commission form.
The Charity Commission’s technical support helpline for its online forms is normally open 9am to midday, Monday to Friday. From next week, you’ll also be able to request a call back from an adviser if the lines are busy when you call.
The commission’s technical support helpline is temporarily unavailable while this change is being made but you can still complete any of its forms as usual.
Once the new service is up and running, the helpline number and call back request form will be published on the commission’s homepage under ‘Contact Charity Commission’.
