Stakeholder feedback
Our aim is to provide ways of giving feedback that are timely, targeted and accessible for all our stakeholder groups.

This year we will not run our biennial Customer Satisfaction Survey, which previously collected feedback from MAHs, Manufacturers, and Wholesale Dealers. Instead, we’re rethinking how best to gather feedback across all our stakeholder groups.
Our aim is to provide ways of giving feedback that are timely, targeted and accessible for all our stakeholder groups.
We continue to welcome feedback during any business-as-usual meetings or interactions with VMD staff. We encourage companies to continue to fill in our post-company meeting survey and those we inspect to fill out our post-inspection feedback form.
