Recall alert for Busol 0.004 mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Rabbits and Procapen Injector 3g Intramammary Suspension for Cattle by aniMedica GmbH.
We wish to inform wholesalers that aniMedica GmbH has initiated a Class II recall to wholesaler level with immediate effect for:

Busol 0.004 mg/ml Solution for Injection for Cattle, Horses, Rabbits Vm24745/4000

Procapen Injector 3g Intramammary Suspension for Cattle Vm24745/3003 (previously Vm 24745/4023)
The reason for the recall is due to an increased risk of microbial contamination in the aseptically manufactured products at the site of the contracted manufacturer, in the period from 01/2024 to 05/2025.
