Prime Minister reappoints a Trustee to the Wallace Collection
Professor Frances Corner OBE reappointed
Prof Frances Corner OBE has been reappointed to the board of Trustees of the Wallace Collection for a second term of four years from 14 September 2013.
Biography of Prof Corner
Frances Corner is Head of the London College of Fashion, and a Governing Board member of the Fashion Retail Academy. She originally trained as an artist, exhibiting widely, and later taught at Chelsea School of Art.
About the Wallace Collection
The Wallace Collection is sponsored by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), and is regulated by the Museums and Galleries Act 1922. It operates at arm’s length from the Government and is governed by a board of Trustees appointed by the Prime Minister.
