Petrol prices

When asked about fuel prices, the Prime Minister’s Official Spokesperson (PMOS) said that the government fully expected these price drops to be passed on to consumers and that was why the Chancellor said he would be watching them very closely.

Northern Future Forum

When asked about the importance of the Northern Future Forum, the PMOS said the government would continue to work with like-minded countries to have a more flexible and competitive EU economy as well as strengthening bilateral trade links between the UK and other countries.
