Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme dispute resolution decisions published

Two decisions by the Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme Dispute Resolution Panel have been published.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

The latest decisions to be published are those regarding the Department of Health and King Pharmaceuticals Ltd, and the Department of Health and Glaxosmith Kline UK Ltd,

The decisions have also been published on the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry website, as stipulated by the 2009 Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme.
