NHS Standard Contract 2012/13 (bilateral) published

The NHS Standard Contract 2012/13 (bilateral) published today is for use by commissioners when commissioning NHS funded acute, ambulance, community and mental health and learning disability services from all types of providers.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

The NHS Standard Contract for 2012/13 (bilateral) reflects the requirements set out in the 2012/13 NHS operating framework. National variation documents will be issued to vary the existing standard contracts that expire after 31 March 2012.

This contract sits alongside the Care Homes Contract and the High Secure Services contract which were published in 2011/12.

  • table two contract management (section E clause 47)
  • table three national tariff reconciliation (section E clause 7)
  • table four non tariff reconcilitation (section E clause 7).
