For a quick reminder, Mystery Shopper was set up in 2011 and sits within the Crown Commercial Service. It allows suppliers with a concern about public sector procurement to have their issue investigated (provided no legal action is taking place) and complainants can remain anonymous whilst the service looks into the problem and works with contracting authorities to reach a resolution.
