Two new ministerial appointments have been announced.
The Queen has been graciously pleased to approve the following ministerial appointments:
James Duddridge MP has been appointed as a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office following the departure from government of Mark Simmonds MP
Lord Bourne of Aberystwyth has been appointed as a Government Whip, House of Lords (Lord in Waiting)
Lord Bourne replaces Lord Bates, who was last week appointed as a Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Home Office.
