Illegal animal medicines: prosecution of Ms Regine Lansley

On 4 September 2014 at Croydon Crown Court, Ms Regine Lansley was ordered to make a payment of £41,417.93 within 6 months under the Proceeds of Crime Act. Failure to pay will result in a default prison sentence of 14 months.

Ms Lansley was previously sentenced to 20 months imprisonment after admitting illegal importation and supply of veterinary medicines under the Veterinary Medicines Regulations.
