Homes England and government confirm strategic partners set to help deliver once-in-a-generation increase in social and affordable homes across England
Strategic partners who will help deliver the government’s new £39 billion Social and Affordable Homes Programme, the largest investment in social and affordable housing in a generation, have been confirmed by Homes England.
Affordable Housing Development - Royal Manor Place, Isle of Portland, Dorset
33 partners will receive grant funding and work with the government’s housing and regeneration agency to deliver much needed social and affordable homes across the country, outside of London.
They will join other partner organisations supporting delivery through the 10-year programme’s other funding route (Continuous Market Engagement) to create thousands of new homes.

The strong demand for SAHP funding demonstrates the sector’s ambition to deliver as part of this once-in-a-generation opportunity to come together, alongside partners funded through the programme’s alternative Continuous Market Engagement (CME) route, to deliver thousands of social and affordable homes for people, families and communities across England.
