Foreign Secretary statement following the death of HRH Crown Prince Sultan bin Abd Al Aziz of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Foreign Secretary William Hague has made a statement offering his condolences to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

He said:

“I was very sad to hear of the death of HRH Crown Prince Sultan bin Abd Al Aziz of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He served the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for many years with great dignity and dedication.

“His contribution to the prosperity and development of the Kingdom will long be remembered. I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the Kingdom and its people at this sad time”
