Foreign Office Minister Jeremy Browne sends sympathy to all those involved in the floods and landslides in the Republic of Korea.
Speaking today he said:
“I am very saddened to hear of the floods and landslides in the Republic of Korea, where dozens of people have died and many are still missing. I send my thoughts and sympathy to all those involved, including the rescue teams who I know are working tirelessly to reach as many people as quickly as possible. I visited the Republic of Korea earlier this month and I know how much this shock will be felt by all Koreans.”
