CMA announces the appointment of members for the GB energy market investigation group
The CMA has announced the appointment of the independent panel members to its investigation group into the GB energy market, which was referred last week.
The investigation group will act as the decision makers in the case and are chosen from the CMA’s panel members, who come from a variety of backgrounds, including economics, law, accountancy and business. All information relating to the investigation will be available on the energy market case page.
