Our guidance on expert witness fees has been updated following discussions with provider representative bodies.
The expert witness fee guide includes new guidance on:
- expert activity time guidelines
- expert witness standards in family matters
- independent social workers, Parenting Assessment Manual assessments (PAMs), psychotherapists and translation services
- payment of experts’ bills and pre-December 2013 expert invoices
