Starting on 11 January 2016 the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) Online Support team will be available on Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm – excluding bank holidays.
The team operates a telephone and email helpdesk which helps users of LAA online systems with technical enquiries about electronic working.
The LAA Online Support team’s responsibilities cover technical support over a wide field of digital applications.

The new operational hours bring LAA Online Support team into line with the customer support team, who they work with closely.
