Civil/crime news: contacting Online Support from 11 January 2016
Legal Aid Agency Online helpdesk to operate between 9am and 5pm from 11 January 2016.
Starting on 11 January 2016 the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) Online Support team will be available on Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm – excluding bank holidays.
The team operates a telephone and email helpdesk which helps users of LAA online systems with technical enquiries about electronic working.
The LAA Online Support team’s responsibilities cover technical support over a wide field of digital applications.
Examples include:
- client and cost management system
- management information
- contracted work and administration
- electronic forms
- crown court litigator’s fee
The new operational hours bring LAA Online Support team into line with the customer support team, who they work with closely.
