Changes to the IMS hours of operation in December 2019 - January 2020
The Investment Management System is used by Homes England partners to submit bids for funding under the Affordable Homes Programme. This page explains changes to IMS opening hours during December 2019 - January 2020.

There will be extended opening hours to the IMS from 8.00am to 8.00pm from 2nd to 20th December 2019.

There will be no change to the support hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm

The IMS will be unavailable to external users over the Christmas period from 12.00pm (midday) on Monday 23rd December 2019.

IMS will reopen to all users on Thursday 2 January 2020 at 8:00am
Please note that:

All IMS claims for the month of December must be submitted by external users by 12.00pm (midday) on Monday 23rd December 2019.

For Help to Buy and development schemes where a payment release date is on or before Monday 23rd December, the payment will be processed by 27th December 2019.

For Help to Buy schemes where a generated payment release date falls between 24th and 31st December the release date will not be changed. The payments will be accepted into our finance system on Thursday 2nd January.
