Team captain Server Djeparov - Best Asian Football Player of 2012 - scored the decisive goal in the 63rd minute of the game.

Commenting after the match, HM Ambassador said ‘I heartily congratulate Uzbekistan on its victory, and on the conduct of the match: it was played in good spirit in this excellent new facility.
