Consultation description

The Chiltern Railway Company Limited (Chiltern Railways) is seeking an exemption from the minimum accessibility requirements in The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Non-Interoperable Rail System) Regulations 2010.

The exemption concerns the non-compliance of passenger information system on its class 165 and class 168 diesel multiple units.
