Consultation description

The purpose of this consultation is to invite interested parties to provide views on the CMA’s proposed updates to its Prioritisation Principles. The CMA proposes to update the Prioritisation Principles to reflect changes to the context in which we operate since they were published (including, for example, the UK’s exit from the EU). Importantly, this includes reflecting the CMA’s wider strategic aims, as outlined in our 2023/2024 Annual Plan.
