This consultation seeks your views on two new policies for owner-occupiers of properties close to the HS2 route from London to the West Midlands. These policies are the ‘alternative cash offer’ and the ‘homeowner payment’. The consultation is open to everyone however the schemes on launch will be available only to owner-occupiers of properties close to the HS2 route from London to the West Midlands.
