Consultation description

A super-complainant has the right to make a ‘super-complaint’ where they consider there is a feature, or combination of features of a market in the UK that is, or appears to be, significantly harming the interests of consumers.

Consumer Scotland’s annual report and accounts for the past 2 years provide supporting evidence that it is managed, controlled and acts independently, impartially and with complete integrity.

Further information on and guidance on the super-complaint designation process can be found at: GOV.UK’s guidance for bodies seeking designation as super-complainants.

We will process your personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws. For more information, see our privacy notice.
