Consultation description

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is launching a consultation on the proposal to prohibit third party operators licensed under the Gambling Act 2005 from offering bets on Powerball. This will bring Powerball into line with wider National Lottery products, where third-party betting on the outcome of such games is prohibited.

We invite submissions from across the betting and lottery sectors, operators which may be affected, players and other interested parties.
