  • the method of accounting for renewable electricity, hydrogen and biomethane towards the Renewable Energy Directive’s (Directive 2009/28/EC) 10% target for renewable energy in transport by 2020.
  • potentially updating of Annex III to the Directive containing a list of energy contents of biofuels
