UK Shared Prosperity Fund additional information for use by partners.
The UK Shared Prosperity Fund will be extended for a transition year in 2025-26 at £900 million, ahead of wider local growth funding reforms. We will update the prospectus and allocations for 2025-26 in due course.

The additional information provides further guidance for partners on specific areas of the Fund. This complements the information already shared through the Prospectus.
This guidance should be used by lead local authorities (LLAs) in England, Scotland and Wales delivering an investment plan agreed with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DLUHC).
It includes information on:
- Outcome and output definitions - this includes the updated list of outputs and outcomes
- Reporting, monitoring and performance management
- Evaluation
- Assurance and risk
- Branding and publicity
- Subsidy control
- Procurement
- Equalities
We may update, amend or add to this additional guidance and all users must ensure that they are using the most up to date versions of all documents which will be available on the fund website.
