UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) case statements

Statements on complaints assessed by the UK NCP on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines for multinational enterprises.

The UK NCP is based in the Department for International Trade (DIT).

It is responsible for:

  • raising awareness of the OECD guidelines with businesses, trade unions and non-governmental organisations
  • implementing the OECD guidelines’ complaint mechanism
