These statements record the findings and recommendations of the UK National Contact Point (UK NCP) about a complaint.

The complaint is from a workers representative organisation stating that British American Tobacco (BAT) Malaysia Berhad, a UK company, did not comply with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.

The organisation, based in Malaysia, is the Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC). It acted on behalf of British American Tobacco Employees Union (BATEU).
