The Crown Estate annual reports and accounts
This collection brings together The Crown Estate’s main annual reports and accounts since integrated reporting was introduced in 2012-13.
The Crown Estate is an independent commercial business, created by Act of Parliament, with a diverse portfolio of UK buildings, shoreline, seabed, forestry, agriculture and common land. The business generates valuable revenue for the government and over the last ten years has contributed £5 billion to the Consolidated Fund.
The Crown Estate’s annual reports and accounts detail how the organisation has created value in the short, medium and long term. The documents provide information for stakeholders to assess its performance, business model and strategy.
