Terrorism and terrorist financing: independent reviewer reports
This collection brings together the annual reports of the terrorism and terrorist financing independent reviewer.
Under section 31 of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc Act 2010, the Treasury is required to appoint an independent reviewer who will review the operation of Part 1 of the Act.
David Anderson KC was appointed independent reviewer for a period of three years from February 2011. The operation of Part 1 of the Act must be reviewed as soon as reasonably practicable after 17 September of each year.
The government issues a response to any recommendations made in the report.
