Homes England technical and professional frameworks

We have a number of technical frameworks to help with the delivery of our programmes.

  1. The link to Homes England Property and Financial Professional Services Framework 2022 to 2026 has been removed. A link to Homes England Property, Financial and Development Services Framework 2026 to 2030 has been added.

  2. The Homes England Strategic Research and Economic Analysis Framework 2020 to 2024 has been removed from 'Current frameworks'. The Homes England Strategic Research, Economics and Evaluation Framework 2024 to 2028 has been added.

  3. Added wording and a link to the framework agreements page

  4. Page amended to reflect the updated sign up process for the frameworks.

  5. Added link to Development and Regeneration Technical Services Framework 2023 to 2027.

  6. Removed one of the documents on the list as it has expired (Homes England Multidisciplinary Technical Services Framework 2019-2023 under current frameworks) Removed collection group for Partners' Handbook and replaced with a link to the partners handbook as this was updated earlier this year

  7. Added a collection group Rewritten for clarity

  8. Amended contact email address. Added link to Homes England Development Monitoring and Management Services Framework 2021 to 2025.

  9. Added a link to the Homes England Property and Financial Professional Services Framework 2022 to 2026.

How we source framework firms

We source framework firms through a competitive tender process at regular intervals, usually every 4 years. You can find our technical frameworks on the Find a tender service.

Accessing our frameworks

To use our frameworks, our partners will need to complete the  Access Agreement Sign Up form.

Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll be sent an email from  commercial@homesengland.gov.uk  containing our  Frameworks Access Agreement  to sign and return once completed via the same email. 

You can refer to the  partners’ handbook for using Homes England’s professional and technical frameworks  for information on procuring services through the frameworks. Call-offs through the frameworks are governed by the Framework Agreement terms and conditions.

Homes England technical framework access agreement

Public sector bodies who want to procure services through Homes England frameworks must enter into an access agreement.
