Social welfare legal problems and the advice sector: research and evaluation
Reports looking at how people experiencing social welfare legal problems engage with the advice sector.
The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has undertaken a series of research and evaluation projects to strengthen its understanding of how people engage with the advice sector, and the impact of legal support.
This work brings together 9 reports (including 2 summaries) across 5 key projects, providing evidence on different forms of legal support, with a particular focus on free legal support, information and guidance for individuals, including those not eligible for legal aid.
