HMPPS annual offender equalities report
Annual publication of protected characteristic information on the prison and probation populations.
On 1 April 2017, Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) replaced the National Offender Management Service (NOMS). The HMPPS (and previously NOMS) annual Offender Equalities Report brings together protected characteristics data not published elsewhere about the prison population of England and Wales. Included in the report is a limited set of protected characteristic information of offenders serving Community Orders or Suspended Sentence Orders.
