Learner and employer satisfaction data: information for providers

The ESFA learner and employer satisfaction data provides comparable information to help learners and employers make informed choices about education and training.

All ESFA learner and employer satisfaction data is available on GOV.UK and DATA.GOV.UK with performance indicators held on the National Careers Service website.

This consists of:

  • a set of basic information made available in a clear and consistent format
  • nationally collected and published performance indicator data that measures learner and employer satisfaction

Information is provided about:

  • further education colleges and other organisations that receive government funding and offer education and training to people over the age of 16

  • organisations that offer academic and vocational subjects, apprenticeships, and training on and off the job

Learner satisfaction survey 2017 to 2018

The learner satisfaction survey for 2017 to 2018 runs from 30 October 2017 to 4 May 2018. The survey is an opportunity for existing learners to rate their learning or training.

This year we have one survey for all learners, including community learners and have broadened the questions to capture the benefits learners’ experience.
