Details

The survey captures learners’ experiences of their college or training organisation through a series of questions ranging from ‘How good or bad was the information you were given when you were choosing your course?’ through to ‘’How likely is it that you would recommend the college to friends or family?’.

The Learner Satisfaction Survey performance indicator score is calculated for each eligible college or training organisation. This enables comparisons to be made against other college or training organisations of the same organisation type and also allows comparisons against any college or training organisations for which a score has been calculated.

Further details including information on the methodology and data sources can be found at FE Choices - data explained on the Data Explained tab on the Transparency Spreadsheet, which can be accessed at the top of this page.
