Data for public electric vehicle charging infrastructure are sourced from the electric vehicle charging point platform Zapmap.
Public charging data are also available in standard geographical formats from the department’s Transport Statistics Geography Portal. Users of the portal should note that whilst updated regularly, the dataset available may not represent the latest published public charging data.
Grant schemes for electric vehicle charging infrastructure are funded by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV). The grant schemes data are sourced from administrative databases.
