How to order DWP leaflets
This service is for advisers, intermediaries and healthcare professionals who deal with DWP claimants and pensioners.
DWP leaflets only contain the same information about benefits and pensions that’s already available on GOV.UK. DWP suggest that you use the content on GOV.UK as it’s updated when something changes – the leaflets are only updated twice a year.
If you still need to order DWP leaflets complete the contact form.
Healthcare professionals – Med 3, Med 10 and MATB1
Almost all GP practices can now create Med 3s locally (in English and Welsh). Please check that this facility is being used before placing further orders.
Healthcare professionals can order copies of the Med 3 or Med 10 so that they can issue them to their NHS funded patients free of charge. This applies to private hospitals and practices as well as the NHS. The new MATB1, which now contains a unique certificate number, is available to both private and NHS practices and hospitals . Please order copies of Med 3, Med 10 or MATB1 using stationery that includes your surgery or practice details, for example, stationery with a letterhead. Do not fill out the iON order form.
All MAT B1s must be kept securely at all times. Old versions must be destroyed via confidential waste or shredding.
Med 3 and Med 10 are available in pads of 50 and MATB1 in pads of 20. Med 3s are also available as sheets.
The number of Med 3s that can be ordered at any one time is limited to a maximum of 100 pads or 5,000 sheets. We have limited the number because the need for them has reduced significantly since computer generated MED 3s were introduced. These can now be produced locally in GP practices.
Please say how many pads (or Med 3 sheets) you need and provide a contact name for delivery. A product code is not needed. Delivery takes approximately 5 working days.
