Paper insolvency forms for companies registered in Scotland.

From 6 April 2019, companies registered in Scotland must use these forms according to:

These forms must be used when filing statutory information with the Registrar of Companies for Scotland.

When filing solely with the Accountant in Bankruptcy (AIB), you should use the collection of non-statutory forms developed for receivership and winding up which are the devolved elements of corporate insolvency.

The AIB have confirmed they will accept Companies House forms where there is a requirement to file with both Companies House and AIB, as the statutory forms must be delivered to the registrar.
