Details

This is the concise version of the outcomes and impacts toolkit. It provides regulatory services with a process for developing good indicators to assess the results of their operations and displaying information gathered in a way that aids understanding, allowing more informed discussions about priorities and the allocation of resources. Its 13 steps are closely linked, and should be applied in sequence to gain their full value, as part of a comprehensive evaluation framework.

The supporting document is a template that can be used to summarise the evidence of contributions to communities, so that decision-makers can be presented with the information on a single page.
