A National Plan to End Homelessness toolkit library

Collection of published toolkits to support design and delivery of homelessness and rough sleeping services.

To support those working within the homelessness and rough sleeping sector to meet the aims described in A National Plan to End Homelessness the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has produced a series of toolkits.

These toolkits are aimed at those providing services for those experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping, including local and Mayoral Strategic Authorities and those within the voluntary, community and faith sector and any other organisations who work alongside these areas.

The toolkits provide frameworks and guidance to support authorities and those they work with to plan, assess and delivery services with greater consistency and confidence. They will cover a broad range of subjects in the homelessness and rough sleeping sector, such as domestic abuse, single homelessness and youth services. The toolkits will offer a range of examples, evidence and good practice on design and delivery of homelessness services, to help us towards our goal of ending homelessness.

Authorities and local voluntary, faith and community organisations know their areas and their clients best and should use and adapt these toolkits to meet local need. This includes ensuring the funding requirements of any government grants used to adopt any guidance in the toolkits are met.
