1. Make annual payment for a premises licence
Regulations made under section 55(2) of the Licensing Act 2003 require an annual fee to be paid in respect of any Premises Licence that authorises the supply of alcohol and/or the provision of late night refreshment. These Regulations also require an annual fee to be paid in respect of Premises Licences that only authorise the provision of regulated entertainment, although some exemptions apply.This fee is payable annually on the anniversary of the grant of the Premises Licence.
