The Public Regulated Service (Galileo)(Revocation) Regulations 2022

These Regulations revoke the Public Regulated Service (Galileo) Regulations 2018 (S.I. 2018/230) (“the 2018 Regulations”) to address the failure of the 2018 Regulations to operate effectively as a result of the withdrawal of the UK from the EU and the Galileo Space Programme.
