The Ionising Radiation (Environmental and Public Protection) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument intends to address deficiencies in the operation of retained European Union (“EU”) law as provided for by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
