The European Research Infrastructure Consortium (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument amends provisions deriving from EU legislation (Council Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 of 25 June 2009 (“the ERIC Regulation”) , relating to the framework for a European Research Infrastructure Consortium “ERIC”), which has been retained in domestic law as retained EU law under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (“the Act”).
