4. How to apply

To apply for Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSAs) send either the:

  • ‘DSA1 full’ form - if you’re only applying for DSA and no undergraduate student finance, or if you’re applying for a Postgraduate Loan
  • DSA slim’ form - if you’ve already applied for undergraduate student finance, eg a Tuition Fee Loan

If you want to apply for student finance, do it before you apply for DSAs.
