You can sign in to your online account to:

  • check your balance
  • check how much interest you’re paying
  • ask for a refund if you made repayments but your income was below the repayment threshold
  • make an extra repayment
  • set up and amend Direct Debits
  • check which repayment plan you’re on
  • update your contact details
  • print proof of your repayment plan if your employer needs it
  • update your bank details

If you have a customer reference number, have it with you when you call or include it on your letter.

Sign in to your online account to chat with an adviser (Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm).

Webchat advisers cannot update bank details or take repayments, but you can do this yourself in your online account.
